Welcome to QuickPrinting. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a clear understanding of the terms governing your use of our website and all related services. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should refrain from using our website or services.
1. Ordering Process:
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Quick Printing. You will receive an email/paper acknowledgment once your order is confirmed. Quick Printing reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including for reasons such as incorrect pricing or insufficient payment information.
2. Pricing & Payment:
All prices listed on QuickPrinting.co.uk are in British Pounds (£) and excluding VAT where applicable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time without prior notice. Full payment must be received before production can begin.
3. Promotion Terms & Conditions:
Only one promotion can be used per order. A promotion may not be used in combination with other promotions or used to collect reward points except where specified. All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time. Maximum Discount amount is £50.
4. Print Quality & Errors:
We strive for the highest quality in our printing services. If there are errors or defects attributable to us, we will work with you to resolve them promptly. However, Quick Printing will not be liable for errors originating from incorrect files submitted by the customer. Print quality largely depends on the files submitted by the customer. If the submitted file quality is low or contains any issues, Quick Printing will not be responsible for the resulting print quality.
If Quick Printing makes a clear error (such as incorrect print placement, wrong colors, or spelling mistakes), we will offer either a reprint of the affected garments or a refund for the customization services only. Please note that refunds or compensation for the value of client-supplied garments will not be provided, as we are not responsible for the garment itself.
5. Proofing & Approval for Printing:
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the quality of contents, like, image/ Logo quality, spelling or grammatical errors. Approval of proofs signifies acceptance of the product’s accuracy. Quick Printing cannot be held responsible for any mistakes approved by the customer, including typographical errors or image issues.
PLEASE NOTE: Quick Printing will NOT be held responsible for any issues with the artworks provided by the customer, like, image/ Logo quality, spelling or grammatical errors after artwork is approved – it is the customers full responsibility to check everything is correct before giving the final approval.
Changes to artwork after production will result in additional charges for reprinting it.
6. Error and Refund Policy for Client-Supplied Garments:
Clients supplying their own garments for customization accept the risk that issues such as misprints, stains, or other damage may occur during the printing process. Due to the nature of the techniques involved (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers, etc.), Quick Printing is not liable for damages to garments supplied by the client. We recommend using garments from our stock to minimize these risks.
7. Turnaround & Delivery Times:
QuickPrinting.co.uk provides a range of delivery options. We always aim to provide a fast turnaround time for all orders. Our estimated delivery dates are listed on the website and provided during the order process. However, these dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays or courier issues. Quick Printing is not liable for any delay in delivery beyond our control. Once your product is shipped, we are not liable for any courier delays. We recommend choosing tracked services for an additional level of security.
8. Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders can be cancelled if the printing process has not yet begun. As all products are custom-made, refunds are not typically offered unless the issue is a direct result of a production error by Quick Printing. In the case of print errors, please contact us with evidence within 2 days of receiving your order.
9. Intellectual Property:
All content on the website, including designs, graphics, and trademarks, remains the property of QuickPrinting.co.uk. No content may be reproduced or used without explicit written consent from us.
10. Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your personal information as per our Privacy Policy, which details how data is used and your rights regarding that information.
11. Limitation of Liability:
Quick Printing will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from any action undertaken by you or a third party. Our total liability is limited to the total value of the order in question.
12. Force Majeure:
Quick Printing will not be responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, or strikes.
13. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
14. Amendments to Terms:
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
